If i could give a minus or below waaaay below standard i would , they take your money so easily and then trying to redeem points they make it so difficult its a shame why even bother having the program if you dont want to rectify people's points
I dont even want to give it a 1 its like -100 you see all.these bad reviews and you dont think to make a change
terrible service !! cannot get ahold of anyone and when you do they hang up or pass you onto the telepromp FFS !!! Brutal company go with air miles instead of areoplan !!!
It is impossible to get through to Aeroplan. It is incredibly frustrating that every time you call, you are told they have a huge backlog and you will have to wait a long time. After an hour, you just hang up. What kind of service is this?
Why does it take at least 45 minutes for Aeroplan to pick up the phone to serve its clients?
After waiting for one 1.5 hour to speak to somebody, customer representative hang on on me, after I said the company is not friendly as they make a lot of point just expired, saying account is not active. They extend period for point for six months, because covid, but covid is much longer! I wanted to talk to supervisor, but she, customer representative didn't want me to connect and she hang up, knowing that I can not wait again for 1 or 2 hours.
How is that friendly ?!? Are there any rulles for call centers?
Waited 2hrs 25min on line. No answer!!! Are you guys on strike? Is there anyone working there? Unbelievable! Are you located in Canada? Such incredibly poor service. Actually no service at all. Got tired from waiting and hung up. Hope you guys get the same way and you will. You suck as a customer service and as a company.
