• Weekdays: The customer service department is open Monday to Thursday: 7:45 am to 4:15 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 11:45 am. The business center is open Monday to Thursday: 7:45 am to 4:15 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 11:45 am.
• Weekends: The customer service department is on open Saturday-Sunday: Closed. The business center is on open Saturday-Sunday: Closed. In the event a holiday falls on a weekday or weekend, Formaca is open for business.
• Faults & Customer support: Formaca’s faults and customer support teams are open for all year round during working days & also public holidays.
