• Weekdays: The customer service department is open Monday to Wednesday 11:30 am to 11:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 11:30 am to 11:30 pm. The business center is open Monday to Wednesday 11:30 am to 11:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 11:30 am to 11:30 pm.
• Weekends: The customer service department is on open Saturday 11:30 am to 11:30 pm and Sunday 11:30 am to 11:00 pm. The business center is on open Saturday-Sunday 11:30 am to 11:30 pm. In the event a holiday falls on a weekday or weekend, Nightingale is open for business.
• Faults & Customer support: Nightingale faults and customer support teams are open for all year round during working days & also public holidays.
