• Weekdays: The customer service department is Monday Closed, Tuesday – Friday 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. The business center is Monday Closed, Tuesday – Friday 11:30 am to 9:00 pm.
• Weekends: The customer service department is on open Saturday 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday Closed. The business center is on open Saturday 5:00 am – 9:00 pm and Sunday Closed.. In the event a holiday falls on a weekday or weekend, The Marc is open for business.
• Faults & Customer support: The Marc faults and customer support teams are open for all year round during working days & also public holidays.
